and noticed GC's bounce rate 77.90%
That seems awfully high, doesn't it?

At some point you can only go up.... To put things in perspective, gimpforums.com got pretty close to the 100K mark (110K-ish, IIRC, slighly above GC).

Today http://www.gimp-forum.net ranked at 4,773,681
moved up 11754 spots since yesterday.

I am tracking on my forum as well so i guess i have became an alexa rating junkie. Big Grin

climbed 24,632 spots in 2 days.
Looks like the average is over 10,000 spots a day ... really good.
now at 4,749,049

really if that's the case then that's great too..anything to make the rating go up.

climbed only about 1/2 the average rate (over 10,000) so far..today
climbed 5307 spots
to 4,743,742
that's about a spot every 16.28 seconds

strange there must be a bunch of good sites yesterday? maybe? I also experienced about 1/2 average rate on my forum as well.

This forum has the "If you reply to a thread where you already made a reply to, it attaches your reply under your original reply instead of making a whole new post" feature. I like it.
