Something like flickr or deviant user group's collection of signature/art in one thread rather in different post. And thread doesn't need comment, like a photo gallery of sort.

As a user you are allowed to create a thread in any forum... This can be a thread in the Gallery.

If we make a signature. How do we have it in our posts? Or have you disabled the ability to do so.

There is an entry to change your signature in you user control panel. IIRC it is disabled until you have reached some number of posts (5, from memory).
