spacing of lines in text - Terry50 - 02-23-2019 Hi, After I put in text, I can push the small arrow to make the space between the lines larger; but it won't work going smaller. If I make it larger; I can make it smaller back to the original position; but I can't go any smaller. The text really needs to be closer. It's way too big. Thank you, Terry RE: spacing of lines in text - Blighty - 02-23-2019 Maybe you are using the wrong small arrow? The on-screen options are for selected text only. The options in the Tool Options are global for the text. In the attached image line spacing has been set to -30. If I am at +10, the down arrow will go down to zero; then start going up again. RE: spacing of lines in text - Ofnuts - 02-23-2019 The arrow you are using is not for line spacing. It is use to adjust the baseline of some characters: [attachment=2650]
What you want is the setting in the Tool options: [attachment=2651]
