CLAHE plugin

I placed the GIMP 3 plugin for CLAHE in the GIMP 3.2.6 plugin folder and also installed the NumPy file. However, the plugin does not appear in GIMP 3.2.6. Has anyone successfully installed this plugin (Windows 11 64-bit)?

Short answer: I do not know.

....and I did find a post where you installed at one time, for Gimp 2.10 Guessing those files do not work.

Maybe if you described how you installed numpy, someone might have an answer.

Someone on pixls says it works on Windows, but it was tricky to install NumPy.
