Odd scaling?!?!

Ok well when i try to downscale my image, i want it to go to 112x112 and after doing so it immediately changes to 112x113. and same thing happens when i try any other type of dimension.. can anyone help me out on this and tell me why this is happening?  Huh Huh Huh

Are you using Image > Scale Image ?

If you are, did you break the chain next to the Width and Height?

What are the original dimensions?
