Is there a way to enhance photo taken from physical LCD screen?
You can see the extreme pixelization on the forehead.
It is not a pixellisation, it is a
moiré effect (screen pixel size close to a multiple of the sensor pixels). Hard to remove once created...
Can it be reduced so its not so visible? Its a photo for personal use, just for viewing.
This is not really my field of expertise, but there are several filters in G'MIC dedicated to this problem.
