I will update this post after I upgrade to the current latest version 2.10.20 to see if it still loading fast after upgrade

Post Update: After I upgraded to 2.10.20, everything is fine and it's loading fast.
Thank you for your efforts, I don't know what would we do if there is not a free software like GIMP !!!
