Thanks Rich, the scripts work in Partha's latest, although GAP doesn't work in it (was working in the regular 2.10.2..) (no biggie, as I can always use GAP in my Vista 32-bit VM 2.8.22.)

The follow-paths plugin still not working in 2.10.8, but seems ok in Partha's build (as Rich rightly proclaimed) .. I see Arakne has been a little active since this thread began (to update a Guides script to work in 2.10.x ( http://www.arakne.es/en/dessign/gimp-pyt...s-version/ )).. so maybe he'll update the follow paths script at 'some' point.
