Can you explain in 20 words or less, what exactly this has to do with Gimp.

many thanks for the quick answer - i am very glad that you answered, Well to be frank - it is a tremendous challenge to me to solve this issue.
i need some help - the issue.
if i just change the layout with no regard of some special knowledge of the certain relationship between the database and the database-field in Layouttemplates then the whole prcoess fails.
at the moment i do not know what to do
i would be very very glad if you can help me here.
regards
We still don't understand where Gimp gets involved... I cannot even guess what application you are showing us (possibly on Linux since you use a "Liberation" font). The best place to ask is a forum dedicated to said app (or some more generalist place such as superuser.com).

The OP's post history is a series of attempts to use Gimp for various things it is not designed to do.

theres beauty in persistence
gimp-forum.net is
not the place for your questions. You are almost certain to get a better answer elsewhere.
Personally, I think it is a case for starting again from the beginning and creating what is going to be a very wide document.
In the spirit of trying to help, perhaps this way.
You can import text into a spreadsheet (using LibreOffice for my examples)

Select, cut and paste the various sections

Tidy things up with a search and replace. example: replace | with a space

You might be able to a little simple formatting, up to you.
Save as a CSV file with the
fixed column width option. This will open in a text editor as:

An ASCII editor? I do not know. The only one I have javE has a maximum width of 100 characters - not much use.
