are "layer effects" and Heal selection plugins work with gimp 2.10, any one succeed to run this 2 particular plugins or"scripts ?

For me:

The Resynthesizer (Heal Selection) installed and works without problems. Downloaded from here:

The Layer Effects installs without problems. But the Colour Picker doesn't work for the Windows/.py combination. So some items can't be used.

same in gimp 2.8 (color picker).. but not a big problem you can use the gimp basic picker and copy the color ..

(new update)  the final answer for whose searching for it. is " YES " this 2 plugins work with gimp 2.10
