Hi

I open a picture to modify it and there a message tells that this photos has a color profil embedeed sRGB-IEC61966-2.1 and ask if I want to convert to work space RVB, with additionnal setting I do not understand.

The sRGB IEC61966-2.1 icc is a standard, but it has been updated.
I would just leave it, very little difference really

Then it might depend on what you intend to do and the image itself.

As I understand it, if the image has few or no out-of-gamut colours, use relative colormetric. If a large amount of unprintable colours use perceptual.

In practice you will probably not notice.
