You don't. See the forum description. 2.10 being the current release, 2.10 questions go in "General questions", The 2.10-specific forum is kept around for reference, but is read-only.

Uhm, DUH! Caught by a case of "read the fine print." Guess I should slow down. I generally just scan headers in forums. Thanks for the info.
