i can make no white with much focus but take time

The Foreground extractor (requires luck)(there is also an equivalent tool in GMIC), the path tool (requires patience).
But IMHO removing a random backrround around a random subject with no hard edges is long and difficult, and loose hairs makes it even worse. All quick methods are also dirty. If you find one that yields really clean results quickly, you'll be rich (or at least very popular).

When I saw the result of an image after it was edited with "G'Mic-Qt / Contours / Super-Pixels", I remebered the "vertus fluid mask" plugin for photoshop. I wonder if it is possible to work out something with the super-pixels to extract things from a photo?
