Is there any link for download GIMP Installer with Resynthesizer for MAC?

Appreciate if someone could share the light.

Any version of GIMP is ok as long as the Rsynthesizer is working

Going to be dubious for a Gimp 2.8 If asking a question give details of the OSX version and where you got Gimp from.
