Too small. Is it possible to display it a little bit bigger? It's tiny ..

You can change the size of the icons in Edit -> Preferences -> Icon Theme There is a "customize" option and a slider for the size.

The Tool options and menu size is more difficult. It is a function of the Theme and not easily adjustable.
