This is a new version of settings-cleaner, repackaged and reworked to support the 2.10 settings (it should still work with 2.8).

Working fine here kubuntu 18.04 / Gimp 2.10.12
Just used the sample .ini file provided, a lot more comprehensive than the old settings-cleaner
