I'm sorry, but I cannot seem to figure out how to attach an image. It's blue, circular with three lines coming off it, with a number next to it. One has a number 1 and the other 2. It doesn't change size when I zoom, and also doesn't disappear with any layer, and I can't seem to remove it no matter what I do. Thanks in advance to anyone who can figure out what I'm describing and how to remove it.
Looks like Sample Points. You can hide them with View>Show sample points, or remove them: activate the color picker tool, and then click and drag the points to the side/top rulers.
