Hiya. I've been using Gimp since wayyyyy back (I forgot the version). "Back in the day", a whole slew of canned logo's, bullets etc. were included with the installation (Chrome, Basic I/II, Starburst, Frosty, Alien Glow, etc.) Are these available anymore?

They were found at: File/Create/Logos...

Thanks, Dana
They have been retired as old and out-of-date (a bit like me)

They are archived here: https://github.com/GNOME/gimp-data-extra...er/scripts

Just tried alien-neon-logo.scm in Gimp 2.10.20 and that is not too bad. Earlier versions of Gimp can be a bit flakey with these scripts, typically the bump-map plugin does not work leaving the script render looking flat. That does mean MacOS and Gimp 2.10.14
If an old brush is missing, look in the Gimp installation brushes folder. There is a 'disabled' folder gimp-obsolete-files with the old Gimp 2.6 brushes.
