When creating a preset in Curves using the option:
Save the current settings as named preset, where is this preset saved? in which file?
I searched the drive C:/ but returned nothing in the search.

Look in your Gimp profile, in the filters folder.
Not individual files, the curves saved presets and last-used are all together in the file GimpCurvesConfig.settings

But ... in my Users> ...> AppData> Roaming>, there is no Gimp folder (Gimp> 2.10> Filters)
Maybe because I use a portable version.
Then I will search for: GimpCurvesConfig, maybe I will find it.

Using the samj portable ? Then it is in your Gimp profile

My win got tired of looking for GimpCurvesConfig, and didn't find it.
Although now it really is where you indicated it from the last post;
Gimp-2.10.21_Portable-32-64bit-Win \ Preferences \ filters.
