I've checked some famous profiles on Instagram (BBC for example) and their desktop screens have the same problem, I believe now that it's a Instagram issue on desktop. I really thank you all for being so helpful and nice!

Yeah, I was just going to post that it probably is Instagram over zealous compression creating compression artifacts.
You can make an example yourself. Left side a png 320x320 that you might upload (in good faith) Right side scaled down to 180x180 and exported as a 50 quality jpeg.
