I started playing around with Gimp Painter brushes with the idea of demoing them in another thread but then it started becoming something else.  This was to be the original demo.

I increased the canvas size, changed the background,  adjusted some of the forms, added some reflected light and tidied up a bit.  I still don't know exactly what I am going to do with this.

Erisian, I can't help but imagine you'll unexpectedly think of something ...
An idea :
Colours /Hue-Saturation (move Hue slider to the right - become blue)
Copy the layer
Filters / Artistic / Photocopy
Set the layer mode 'Burn'
Colours / Exposure (to darken the picture)
Filters / Blur / Lens Blur

I'll keep a copy in case I decide to experiment along those lines but I'll probably continue with the present colour scheme right now.  Thank you for the idea. Smile
In trying to make the character look more human, I have removed the sense of mystery, but maybe I can get it back later.
