Hello All
I have just downloaded gimp and did a little exploring. I have close all the windows on the screen. I would like to restore to the original start configuration. I have tried and made things worse.

All the settings are held in a "Appdata" (hidden) folder C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP
Not able to find Appdata ? see:

Delete that ........\GIMP folder and all contents. Gimp will create a new default one when you start Gimp. Back to original configuration.
