Which is best? I disagree with the bike's owner... (widen your browser for a 2x2 display).
I prefer the 'freaky' version. I like a blurred background but not the de-saturated paving under the other two.

you could spend a lot of time on versions but as a first try:

My choise... Freaky-Sépia.
Just been made to notice that there is a fly on the front mudguard. Keeping all the layers is a good idea...

With a bit more blurred BG (not the pavement)

I'm not for the sepia, unless you want a color splash effect, but not sure sepia is the best for that (OK I'm not a sepia guy)
Not a fan either, but it has its uses. Here, by a nice coincidence, the sepia hue (around 70°) is nearly the opposite of the bike blue (around 240°).
I like the one with the brown background and it's always fun to use such a Mobylette on a trip to the coast :
