Everytime i try to install GIMP and execute it, my computer shuts down and logs into another of my accounts! I dont know why.  Huh
Device: 64x Windows 10
Where did you download GIMP?
I won't be helpful, but I see that you are using the Microsoft's Windows system, thus I suppose that you have an anti-virus like 99.99% of the users of this system, did you turn it off while installing GIMP?
A bit more explanations would be better like how your computer can log into another account, that's very strange

I downloaded it from https://www.gimp.org/, and i was using defender.
@GimpBeginner01, dit you close all programs before installing gimp ? It is also preferable to run a program like CCleaner to clean the hard drive from junk files and also clean the registry (also possible with CCleaner) befor installing gimp. I run gimp on windows 10 and never had such a problem.
The first thing to do is to make sure that you are installing an unadulterated version. Something could hijack your download and alter the installer. So,

1) Download the latest installer (which is gimp-2.10.34-setup-2.exe) and you shouldn't get any warning by your browser about invalid certificates.

2) compute its SHA-512 checksum, and compare it with the expected checksum which is:

e3fc8a473d1e5023c3c8e14be9d6796e2916b24cf185b059892fa32761440e63bf4ab4b08d6808eaffbe1bf6ce97093b79362e0f318e3988f492d514d5303c6b

(don't worry, if the first 8-10 characters are OK you should be good, these checksums are designed so that a minute difference in the file yields a completely different checksum).

3) At that point if you have a functional and up to date antivirus a clean version of Gimp should install correctly

Otherwise, a system shutdown can also be caused  by CPU overheating or a RAM error.Gimp can strain you system a bot more that usual and exacerbate weaknesses. How old is you PC? What CPU? How much RAM?
@Ofnuts My PC was fabricated in around 2017-2019, AMD Ryzen 3 and Radeon Vega Graphics, including 5,93 GB Usable RAM.

I had Google on, and also CCleaner is known for creating temp files and constantly hijacked into malware.
@GimpBeginner01, a strange comment about CCleaner. I have been using this software (free version) since it was available and have never had any problems. Have you ever download it from the official website because I know there are suspicious site that set malware on your computer : https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
If you use CCleaner to optimise the registry, then the software asked if you want to save the registry before it makes any changes. That's the only file that the program save.
If you still want to know if there are errors on your computer, you can use this (also free version) :
https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html
https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-registry-cleaner.html
If you start one of these programs, you will see that there is lot of junk to find that windows don't need anymore. If you don't trust the result, you can always cancel the proposition without any change on you computer. I use this three programs once a month to optimise my computer. Never had problems with this software.
Also use a registered antivirus program on you windows computer and control if the antivirus program don't block gimp.
