On the G'MIC website > https://gmic.eu/oldtutorial/gimp-filters.shtml
On youtube > https://www.youtube.com/@gmic/videos
Inside G'MIC itself when the author wrote how to use its filter

In all case G'MIC is very user friendly, just click on a filter
1- select category
2 select filter
3 select layer input
4 select layer output
5 IF and only if there is a white or colored dot/dots on the preview it means you can move them to get a different effect
6 move cursors, change dropdown and whatnot there is in this part > those are the settings for that very filter that you can manipulate at you wish.

Last but not least
1 is a button to reset that very filter to default
2 is to copy the code in the clipboard
3 is to update the filters from internet, first time you open G'MIC it's recommended to do it
4 it's when you have finished and want to save your layer back in GIMP
