I understand for the aggressive bots and other whatnot bots which do 100+ requests/second, but for the logged members is it possible to remove that restriction or reduce it to 12 seconds? I mean we are not a lot to be logged at the same time

Even without that delay I tend towards using a google search of a web-site (only for google search)
example
histogram +rgb site:gimp-forum.net
Code:
search term(s) site:site-name" (without the http / www)
example
histogram +rgb site:gimp-forum.net
