How to change the color so that all soft gradients of the color become new color and it's soft gradients ?

As in one of your previous questions, it all depends on the image. Always better if you can post an example of your image.

In my opinion, unlikely that there is a one-click-fix.  Often you will need to separate the bits you need to change from the rest of the image. example https://i.imgur.com/8YHh6nb.jpg

You can use the methods previously mentioned, color-rotate etc or another way using the gimp-gmic plugin http://www.gmic.eu

This using the curves tool and HSV (Hue - Saturation - Value) mode https://i.imgur.com/ESULy9C.jpg
