The background change is a bit much for my taste, but good job on the faces (doing too much is frequent pitfall, especially when the fixes occur around the eyes), and hair nicely done.

Thanks. Will keep that in mind in future.
I think it looks awesome. I am more in favor of keeping the original background intact as well, but I do think what you have done works very well with the image.
