Policy change - Ofnuts - 01-24-2025 Due to the inordinate amount of spamming (we manually purge over 100 spammers per day, and these are the ones that percolate though the automatic defenses), we have to change our policies a bit.

Well Ofnuts, that suits meĀ ![]() RE: Policy change - Ofnuts - 01-24-2025 A picture of Rich in action during the attack: [attachment=13012]
RE: Policy change - neurolurker - 01-24-2025 Admins: Thank you all for all your work. I've sometimes seen a lot of junk posted at one time -- none of which has ever lasted very long -- but I had no idea there was so much more than what I've seen that you were dealing with. RE: Policy change - Tas_mania - 01-28-2025 I see some spam due to timezones (Rich still in bed) and he's doing a good job. He also finds time to solve many Gimp questions here, often complex and in other languages. Many questions are operating system specific and Rich's vm's come to the rescue. So hopefully this spam tsunami comes to an end. Congratulations Gimp Forum ![]() RE: Policy change - rich2005 - 01-28-2025 Ofnuts has it all in hand. We just have to keep an eye open for legitimate posts and not keep new Gimp users from all your advice and help. You all deserve credit for keeping things going. |
