Gimp plante (Gimp crashes) - Viclanel - 09-20-2025
Bonjour à tous et toutes
Je me lance dans Gimp (version 3.04) en essayant d'écrire un texte auquel j'ai ajouté une bordure ce que je suis arrivé à faire mais quand je valide Gimp plante. J'ai réessayé en voulant enregistrer mon travail avant mais Gimp plante aussi.
Que faire svp ?

I'm getting started with Gimp (version 3.04) and trying to write some text to which I've added a border, which I managed to do, but when I confirm, Gimp crashes. I tried again, wanting to save my work first, but Gimp crashes again.
What should I do, please?

This is probably a known bug with Gimp 3.0.4 when using the text tool option Outline Options - Solid colour.

This is fixed in the next update which is coming soon. Until then, make the text without a border and use Filters -> Generic -> Text Styling which has an Outline option.
