UV DTF File Setup - racinlm - 09-24-2025 Hello all, I have a UV DTF printer that requires the print files to be setup in photoshop. I am a corel user and I do not want to get photoshop. I have GIMP on my machine but rarely if ever use it. Is it possible to have gimp do what is in the below videos what they are doing in photoshop? If so, would someone be able to screenshot or have a video or instructions on how to do that process in GIMP. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did look at the videos and Gimp can add additional channels, but not designated as "spot channels" as in PS. You can make one using a selection. In the Select menu -> Save to Channel or Right click in the channels dock for a menu. Experiment with that transparency setting. No good exporting as a tiff, the additional channels are incorporated / lost in the image but a PS .psd might work. This in a Gimp 3.0.4 and the only PS I have an ancient PS7 [attachment=13922] |
