The darker blemish in the lower right corner and the clump of hair that's curving toward the center: it looks weird. The browns need to be lightened to look like the rest of her hair and the whitish part probably need to be darkened a bit and perhaps tinted with a bit of yellow.

Well, as you specified you can repaint the area and I am sure there will be several suggestions for that but one less artistic way is:

Make a (careful) selection of the offending area.

Move the selection, that is the middle icon in the tool options, and move to a suitable section of hair.  It is possible to rotate a bit and get a better selection but keeping it simple....

Copy the contents of the selection Edit -> Copy then Edit -> Paste As -> Single Layer  Move the layer (that is the first icon in the move tool options) over the offending area. (I put some guides in to indicate the area.)
