Shapes in GIMP - Dunham - 10-10-2025 Hello! Is there a platform where I can get ready-made shapes for GIMP? Example: triangle, star, irregular shapes. RE: Shapes in GIMP - denzjos - 10-11-2025 A plugin for gimp 3 : https://gimpchat.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=21708 RE: Shapes in GIMP - sallyanne - 10-12-2025 3 places I can see in gimp 3.0.4 "Filters - Render - Gfig" You can make Rectangles, circles, ovals, arcs, polygons, stars or spirals. NOTE: this is very old and may crash. "Filters - Render - Fun" Circles, Squares or Diamond Also in "Filters - Render AI GEGL" Circles, Squares, Diamonds, Hexagons, Octagons and Decagons With Gfig you can stroke and fill with colour of choice. You have a choice of how many sides for you polygons or how many points for your stars. They are done with paths. I did a quick one for you RE: Shapes in GIMP - sallyanne - 10-12-2025 Oops forgot the spiral and had trouble with the arcs this time Just to show you can change polygons and stars I did a couple of each this time RE: Shapes in GIMP - denzjos - 10-12-2025 (10-12-2025, 06:27 AM)sallyanne Wrote: Oops forgot the spiral and had trouble with the arcs this time sallyanne, thanks for this information, I had not discovered these filters yet
