AppData/Roaming versus Gimp userfolder on Windows - Espermaschine - 04-29-2018

Im kind of confused about this.....

is:

C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Gimp\2.10\XXX

(with XXX being Gradients, Fonts, Pattern, etc)

the new Gimp Userfolder ??

It used to be:

C:\Users\me\.gimp-2.10\XXX

Yes.... makes more sense in Windows. In "corporate" use, you can have unassigned computers linked to a Windows network/server, and users can log on any machine. When they log in, their AppData/Roaming profile on the local machine is synchronized with the server.
