I have been using Gimp 2.8 (on Windows 8) with a Wacom Bamboo tablet for years now. Providing I start Gimp using the tablet pen and not the mouse, when I press the upper button on the pen, I can move the Gimp image around on the screen, rather then use the scroll bars at the bottom and side of the screen. If I start Gimp with the mouse this button gives me a drop down menu, the same as the right button on a mouse.
I have just installed Gimp 2.10. Now, even after starting Gimp with the tablet pen, the upper button gives me the drop down menu.
I have found the ability to move the image around on the screen without using the scroll bars incredibly convenient. Is there some preference I can set to get the 2.8 behaviour back?
