Mosaic Average Fill - yellek - 08-01-2018
The effect I want is to pixelise an image based on mosaic tiles. I can do this manually using a separate mosaic layer, selections and ofn-average-fill (https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-tools/files/scripts/) however this is time consuming. Any ideas on a better way to do this?

How are the tile limits determined? (in other words why is the limit going here instead of there?)

Is not that what the mosaic filter does already (see the Color averaging option)?
