Hello!
I'd like to imitate that look.

Can you give me some tips on how to get this look right?
Is there a special Plug-In, which shows a picture so pixelated?

It is dithering. You could have a search around for a plug-in

Desaturated image, settings something like this. https://i.imgur.com/DXiucBt.jpg
Your example is quite big, you might have to work on a small image and scale up, otherwise the dithering might be too fine.
