how to resize new layer - commandera - 11-02-2018
Hello
i want replace head like meme etc. want do this pic for my video on youtube
i cut the head and copy + paste as new layer
and everything fine
now how i resize the head
i`m sure esey but i cant find

1) Select the head layer
2) Layer > Crop to Content
(not essential, but makes things easier)
Method 1
3a) In the tool box, select the Scale Tool
3b) In the Tool Options, check "Keep aspect"
3c) Click on the head and drag a corner
Method 2
4a) Layer > Scale Layer. Enter the required dimensions

method 1 is best i was right but i did not check Keep aspect almost there
without check make like 3D but useful for next

i cant scale anymore
when i try to resize again > when i click its scale the first
so cant resize 2 times just 1

I can't repeat that. I can scale as many times as I want to.
But it is better to scale just once. If it is not what you want, do Edit > Undo (Ctrl-Z) and start again.

Maybe you are not applying the resize transformation. Try selecting another tool (any tool) then re-select and use the scale tool on the layer again.
