Pla help my profile keeps resetting and its keepin me from saving any settings. Tried preferences didnt work.

Not many folk here running Gimp on Android.
You didn't say what you tried in preferences.
Try Preferences > Tool Options
Click "Save Tool Options Now"
Uncheck "Save tool options on exit"
Preferences > Window Management
Click "Save Window positions now"
Uncheck "Save window positions on exit"
