Module type gibberish - Beamer - 11-19-2019

After initial MAC startup, all type in modules are gibberish with tiny reference numbers etc. Whaz up!

This was reported as a bug three months ago.
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/issues/3732
.....but apparently it is a Mac issue. There are a couple of links to possible fixes in the comments.
