Gradient Path In Gimp Help? - joaopedrorock - 12-27-2019

Hi, I am trying to make a graident path in gimp. I am trying to do gradient gradient across stroke (like in adobe illustrator) rather than gradient along stroke. The problem is that when I stroke path in gimp, it gives me the option to stroke along path, but not across. So my stroke ends up looking like the one above. But I want it to look like the one below.

One of Ofnuts plugins ofn-gradient-along-path.py from http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-path-tools/files/scripts/  (date 2018-05-17)

Un-zip & goes in C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins

Right click in paths dock, bottom of the menu.
