Plug-in Beautify - LucivaldoGIMP - 03-02-2020
Hello everyone!
Dear rich2005, I really appreciate your previous help. Now again, I would like to know if the Beautify Plug-in has any problems with the texture-border? Every time I run it informs me that the texture was not found.

Yes, it is old and that part is broken. The code can be fixed but as far as I know no one has compiled a fixed Windows version.

Just in case you update to a 64bit Windows then there is a newly compiled Windows version here:

First of all, are you using a 64 bit Windows and Gimp? The plugin is 64 bit only and will not work with 32 bit Windows.
Next, I have re-packaged the plugin and borders images to make sure it worked. In a zip here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/96tk2qmovgjv4vb/Beautify%20Texture%20%26%20Border.zip?dl=0 size 8 MB
Download that, open the zip.
Put the folder Beautify Texture & Border in C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10
Put the plugin Beautify texture & border.exe in C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins

Now that it works perfectly, tell me what do you find so terrificly beautiful in the beautify plug-in.
I tried it years ago and I think there are plenty of better enhancing filters around. I'm curious.
