How to save/convert to CYMK & PMS color formats - PurpleArachnid - 10-12-2020

I have a logo that i need to save/convert to CYMK and PMS color formats in order for it to be properly printed. Can anyone tell me the best way to do this?

It is possible to import / export CMYK into Gimp using a plugin. see: https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-CMYK-color-mode-Gimp-2-10?pid=11743#pid11743 All editing in Gimp is of course RGB so there is always a colour change on conversion.

Spot colours for pantone is another matter. Probably best to use Scribus see:

There is a video on YouTube how to use Scribus or Krita to convert GIMP RGB to CMYK. I hope that will be useful.
