Allow storing of more recently used colors/presets.

No Gimp developers on this forum. The place for feature requests is https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues
However, there is the option to save settings as a preset in most of the tools. Last use by date are also automatically saved
Recent colours are rotated in the FG/BG colour selector. For more permanent storing colours, make your own bespoke palette.

Thanks so much. I didn't notice the palette feature, I'll check it out.
