Hello i placed the "ofn-path-to-shape"-extension into the folder, where gimp wants it´s plugins to go and used "refresh scripts" under "script fu".
Where is this extension now, that i can use it?

There is a .html that accompanies the plugin in the file available for download. There you will find this and other useful information about this plugin.

It is a .py file. It is not a script-fu file (.scm). I hope you put it in the right plug-ins folder. Then you have to restart Gimp. (There is no refresh command for .py plugins.)

Then to find the plugin look at the picture Krikor posted. If it is not there then I guess the file is in the wrong folder after all.
