Does gimp have BRUSHES? - remas - 09-19-2017

Does gimp have brushes to ACRYLIC paint like i want to paint vectors or flowers and there in stencil form and i really need it to look realistic not some cartoonish color but nice yellow or something

You can make a brush from any image, including photos, if you want to look realistic.

It could be that Gimp is not the tool for you. 

Otherwise, you could try the Gimp development version which comes with the "MyPaint brush engine and brushes" see: http://www.partha.com for a Windows version of Gimp 

No such thing in Gimp as stencils (as in PaintShopPro ?) although as Ofnuts pointed out there is a clipboard brush that can be used.

Gimp does have 'animated brushes' something.gih that can be colourful. A whole collection here: http://www.mahvin.com/p/gimp-tubes.html and of course with a bit of practice you can make your own.
