Can't change the font that is copied. - nothing - 02-19-2022 After generating a text, I copied it. When I tried to change the font of the copied text, it didn't work. It literally changes nothing. Is it normal in GIMP? If yes, what is the solution? Should I generate the text one by one instead? RE: Can't change the font that is copied. - denzjos - 02-19-2022 Could it be this problem ? https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-converted-text-layer-issue RE: Can't change the font that is copied. - rich2005 - 02-19-2022 (02-19-2022, 01:16 AM)nothing Wrote: After generating a text, I copied it. If you selected then copied then pasted that is no longer a text layer, it becomes a raster layer same as you use for painting on. To make a copy of a text layer use Layer -> Duplicate Layer Look at the layer icon in the layers dock and the difference between a text layer and a regular layer. |
