Can't find access/page to my user profile to change my Password.

Can you get into your user control panel (usercp) and find Change Password as:

   

Constantly losing password and requesting a reset?
That will be a browser issue, when the browser is set to delete cookies on exit. If the browser does not have a function to save passwords and apply the password to the query field then make a copy in a text file and copy/paste in or use one of those password safes perhaps
