Hi. No, it is the latest update in windows, 1.4.2. I discovered that it happens only if you have the fill and stroke docked. If you make float, it works as your screenshot. But in gimp there is no difference if is docked or not. Additionaly, i found that the error is related to the "mode" listing, dont matter is in the docks at right or the options of tools.
