How to get rid of color splash on color table? - marigolden - 12-10-2019 I went to darken the foreground color and see it is bathed over in pink paint...very weird. Anyone know how this happened/how to get rid of it? It doesn't seem to affect the functionality of changing the color, just makes looking at the previewed options messed up. https://imgur.com/a/uzT2kGF RE: How to get rid of color splash on color table? - akovia - 12-10-2019 Try this. https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-Color-tools-are-screwed-up-for-me RE: How to get rid of color splash on color table? - rich2005 - 12-10-2019 Just seen this, two posts asking the same thing ![]() Just added to that other post, same as akovia referenced https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-Color-tools-are-screwed-up-for-me?pid=16006#pid16006 Turn color management off in Edit -> Preferences. Turn the color mode from LCh to HSV in the color selection dialogue. RE: How to get rid of color splash on color table? - marigolden - 12-10-2019 Thank you both so much ^_^ I had ended up just going to Edit>Preferences>Window Management and doing "Reset Saved Window Positions to Default Values" & restarting but I will try that if it happens again Can't imagine why anyone would want their colors distorted like that to begin with lol |
